Welcome!
My name is Christina McKeown and I am artist in Hood River, Oregon. I am an artist by day and nurse by night. I went to school to become an RN and now work in the gorge in the ER and as a wound/ostomy nurse. When not working at the hospital or painting to my heart's content, my husband and I love to spend our time outside with our two corgis-Nami and Zorro.
We go backpacking, kiteboarding, multiday rafting and paddling whenever we can.
All of our activities inspire my art to be bright and happy. Most importantly, I can express of my love and joy I have for the rivers and mountains I recreate in.
I hope my works speaks to you and inspires you to protec these wild and beautiful places here in the Pacific Northwest!
